Learn moreAfter builders cleaning in Dublin, Kildare, Portlaoise & Carlow
When the builders leave, the dust doesn't. Fine plaster and sawdust settle on every ledge, inside presses and in window tracks, and a normal clean just moves it around. Our after builders cleaning is a dedicated post-construction clean that lifts that dust properly and leaves your new build, extension or fit-out ready to move into.

FAQs
After Builders Cleaning: common questions
When should I book an after builders clean?
Once all trades have finished, including painters and flooring. If work is still going on, dust will settle again. Tell us your handover date and we'll schedule around it.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. Our team arrives with the vacuums, cloths, ladders and products needed for post-construction dust, so you don't need to supply anything.
Is after builders cleaning different from after renovation cleaning?
They overlap. After builders cleaning is usually for new builds and larger construction work, while after renovation cleaning suits a home that was lived in and has been updated. We'll recommend the right one when you describe the job.
How much does after builders cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the property and how much dust and residue is left. Send us a few details and photos and we'll give you a fixed quote, usually the same day.
